Hello together,
to improve the usability of our case timeline, we want to set a picture for each queue. So if a queue is sending a e-mail (activity) we want to have it visualized in the timeline with the set image of the queue.
Is it possible and if so, how?

Hi Smoothy,
As, I looked, its might not possible to set image of a queue as its a record in system, instead send the email(activity) from a user by adding the user picture.
