Notes attachment is not displaying (rendering) in portal entity forms

I have migrated a solution from CRM 2015 on-prem to D365 online. However, the forms in one entity are not rendering note attachment when configured for entity forms in power portal. But it works for all other entities in the same migrated solution. Any help would be appreciated.

Entity setting FYI :

    Hi Thilanka,

Can you tell me what entity can’t attach note attachment in the entity form of the portal?

    Regards,

    Leah Ju

    Hi Leah,

I have done exactly the same. But it note attachment does not appear.

I did the same to other entities and they work perfectly.

    Hi Thilanka,

You can check following steps for configuring notes in the portal entity forms.

1.Add notes in form which you want to apply Notes from portal, and make notes the default tab.

2.Now open Entity form in portal (portal > entity form) on which you want to add Notes section.

    (1) Mode of Entity Form should be Edit. (Because this method is used in case of when we update the records from portal).

(2)Scroll down your Entity Form record and reach at Entity Form Metadata Sub-grid, then click on + icon to create a new Entity Form Metadata

Maybe you can refer following document to know more detailed steps.

Configure notes as attachments on entity forms and web forms for a portal - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

Note: Putting in *WEB* at the beginning of note text shall show up the  note records that created from crm in the portal.
