Automatically call a contact

Hello,

I'm creating a workflow to automatically call a contact based on the selection of a two-option field. I fiddled around a bit with the phone call activity, but it doesn't allow for immediately calling a particular contact. Is there any other way of achieving this using a workflow? Or should I be using an OnChange event on the field?

    Hi Arun, thanks for your reply. I'm aware that calling requires the addons; however, my question is if an action can trigger making a real call (similar to sending an automated email)?

    Workflow or js onchange can be used to create Phonecall record in CRM database. But it’s not enough to make a real call.

    You need Skype for Business (Lync)/Cisco click to call addon or some other 3rd party tools to achieve this.
