Dear Experts,
We got Event Journaling error on Dev environment when we try to execute bulk request for case creation through JMeter and below is the log file message:
<Message>The 'RetrieveMultiple' method does not support entities of type 'OurCustomEntity'.</Message>
Researching on this error, I found that it first appears on Dynamics CRM 4 but on opening of calendar view from work space and hot-fix for this bug was given by Microsoft on September 10, 2008.
This error also appears on one of out production node but resolve on restarting the server This error also appear sometime on phonecall entity (No plugin involve).
Can anyone please suggest the permanent solution for this issue?
