One Microsoft Dynamics GP Client workstation has lost access to Sales / Receivable data.

The data is not available in either Inquiry Screens or Historical Aged Trial Balance Reports.

Financial Data (Accounts Inquiries etc,) can be accessed from this same workstation.

This occurs when the user is logged in, as well as when the 'sa' user logs in on this workstation.

The data can be accessed from other workstations, without regard to which user is logged in.

    Hi Mike-

Are there any customizations on the inquiry screens or the HATB reports? A third-party that might be missing?

Does the number at the top of the dynamics.set on the affected workstation match the number in the .set file on a fully-functional workstation?

What if you run GP on that workstation as admin. Right click the GP shortcut, select run as administrator.

Have you completely uninstalled and deleted the GP directory, reinstalled the client and all the updates, third party add-ons and pointed the dynamics.set file to any modified forms/reports?

Just thinking up things off the top of my head...

    Joe
