Upgrade BC14 version to BC24

Hello,
 
i try to upgrade a bc14 to bc24.
 
I am at the step "Task 12: Install DestinationAppsForMigration and move tables" on the microsoft documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/upgrade/upgrade-to-microsoft-base-app-v24.
 
I'm blocked because the Start-NAVDataUpgrade command return nothing (success or error), and the tenant stay with the state OperationalDataUpgradePending.
 
Somebody has get the same issue ?

    It take sometime to upgrade the data specially if it is of large volume. 
     
    You can use Get-NAVDataUpgrade -ServerInstance <server instance name> -Tenant <tenant ID> -Progress to see the progress before moving to next task.

    I faced the same challenge when upgrading from Business Central 14 (BC14) to Business Central 24 (BC24). Initially, I attempted to upgrade directly to BC24 but encountered persistent problems despite numerous retries. To resolve this, I adopted a staggered upgrade approach. First, I upgraded from BC14 to Business Central 23 (BC23). This intermediate step allowed for a smoother transition between major versions, addressing compatibility issues incrementally. Once successfully upgraded to BC23, I proceeded to upgrade from BC23 to BC24. This two-step process ultimately resolved the issues I was experiencing and led to a successful upgrade to BC24.
