Cannot create new record in Android Tablet App

Hi, I have a Customer that cannot create records on Android Tablet App but it works Android Phone App and Ipad App. Is there any setting that is missing or what could be the Case why they cannot create new records?

    Not any errors, a quick create form appears but it's blank.
