View Audit Storage usage by Table/Entity

Hi All!

Is there a way to be able to view which Tables/Entities are using the most storage? Our Log table is large, and we would love to see outliers.

I have taken several attempts, most lately using Powershell, but it keeps timing out due to size. I haven't been able to find any XrmToolbox addons that help, either.

Would love to get some insight on this. Thanks!

Have you tried looking at the details provided here already? (Top log capacity usage by table)

Hello,

You need to go to this URL: https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity?geo=Sam#environments

And select the environment that you want to analyze and click on the below icon:

On the first chart, you can use below icon to generate an excel with all the storage for all the tables on Dataverse.

Thanks for both of those replies - Downloading the excel of database storage does not show Audit breakdowns.

Also, yes, I have looked at the total size of Audit data. I need a way to see by Entity, which is taking up the most Audit space, so I can reduce storage. What I mean by that, is for instance, seeing how much the audit data in Account, or Case, is taking up.
