Word Template for POP no longer works 2022

Let me start off with, I have already read the post with the same name. I have already done internet searches, so I have researched this already. That being said, I am having an issue when trying to print under Purchase Order Entry. I will get the ferror messages below and then the printed report does not print or show on-screen. I have not modified the template on my PC and have tried copying the REPORTS>DIC of a user that does not have the issue to my PC. If I use the Office File Explorer and follow the steps listed in the other post with the same name, it fixes the corrupt table in the file, but I would have to do that to each file everytime I print. Does anyone know what the issue is and how to fix it. I am running Windows 10 (64-bit), Word 2019 (there is another user who has the issue running Word 2016) and the PC where it works was running Office 2010 and was upgraded to Word 2013 (it worked before and after the upgrade). It seems that it will not work on any new GP 2015 install I perform. Any help would be very much appreciated.
