Migration - contact with id does not exist

Hi,

I am using kingswaysoft to migrate incidents from onprem CRM 2016 to dynamics 365 online.

I am getting this weird contact with Id does not exist error no matter what I do.

Interestingly, the contact that I am trying to import has a different guid compared to the guid in the error. I cannot for the life of me find the guid in the error in any of the contact related entities in source database. Not sure where it is pulling that guid from. Can somebody please please take a look and share any of the suggestions you have. Thanks for any help.

    Hi,

You mentioned you are migrating incident and I think its the contact lookup field with in the incident record which is not available in destination. DO not that there are multiple contact lookup on incident.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi

Could you check your mapping, the GUID could be of a different of lookup and due to invalid mapping, you might be getting this error?
