I recently installed the new Dynamics 365 App for Outlook. When I track an email message to a CRM record it works great but I'm not seeing the tracking icon
anymore on the email to indicate to me the email has been tracked. This always worked when I had the full client installed, but looks like a limitation of the lightweight app. Has anyone else seen this and been able to resolve the issue? I can't tell if it is out of box functionality or a bug with my app.
If this is a limitation of the lightweight app then I am going to uninstall it.
