Customer prepayments are in KSA Zatca e-invoicing integration.

I would like to know how customer prepayments are handled in KSA Zatca e-invoicing integration with standard D365 F&O solution offered by Microsoft. KSA government requires customer advance invoices to be integrated to ZATCA system. But, in F&O we record prepayment as customer payment journal instead of invoice journal. It would be helpful if people with KSA e-invoicing experience throw some light in this subject.

    Hi, please refer to the blog regarding integration of these electronic solutions with ZATCA's (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) systems.
