Customer prepayments are in KSA Zatca e-invoicing integration.

I would like to know how customer prepayments are handled in KSA Zatca e-invoicing integration with standard D365 F&O solution offered by Microsoft. KSA government requires customer advance invoices to be integrated to ZATCA system. But, in F&O we record prepayment as customer payment journal instead of invoice journal. It would be helpful if people with KSA e-invoicing experience throw some light in this subject.

Hello, we're a Jeddah-based business preparing for ZATCA Phase 2 integration. With limited in-house IT, we're evaluating the best path to compliance.

Is a custom-built solution the only way, or are there reliable third-party providers the community recommends for handling the API integration, cryptographic stamping, and reporting?
