Hi, We’re experiencing the same issue with almost all our customers in France. It occurs across different tenants and with different app extensions. The only workaround we’ve found is using CTRL+F5 in the browser, which is quite annoying. After clearing the cache, it works for a while (randomly) before the problem reappears.

Intermittent failures when printing or downloading sales orders and picking lists can be disruptive, especially when they affect multiple branches and browser refresh only provides temporary relief.
