Consolidation - Balance sheet report Quarter end exchange rate

Hi,
 
Need your guidance on generating a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consolidation balance sheet report for quarter end exchange rate.
 
Example. Jan, Fab, March balance sheet transactions are loaded at month end exchange rate every month. 
 
For the quarter report, we need to calculate the exchange rate at March end exchange rate for this example.
 
Is there a specific configuration required for the Management Reporter?

    Surely.  Create a Revaluation with parameters similar to below.  This will revalue Reporting currency for your quarter transactions to the end of quarter rate.
     
    1. Beginning and ending quarter dates
    2. Date of rate for revaluation (should be spot rate on last day of quarter)
    3. Currency to revalue would be your Reporting currency
    4. I always like to preview the journal before posting it
    5. Whether you select to revalue Reporting currency adjustments is your preference
     
     
    In your Main account setup, make sure that under Currency translation, the Financial reporting exchange rate is set to the same rate as Reporting currency in Ledger setup and Currency translation type = Current.  
     
     
    In theory, this should work.  Let us know if it produces the desired results.

    Hi Frank,
     
    Thanks a lot for the details. Unfortunately, the foreign currency revaluation didn't return any results. 0 records.
     
    Will open a ticket with Microsoft in the mean time, while waiting for other ideas.
