Hello,
We're experiencing an issue with the D365 App for Outlook in Outlook 2016.
Users are reporting they're getting prompted to 'Retry' over and over again when trying to track records.
As well as random contacts/accounts will become unresponsive when trying to track -- nothing happens when track is clicked.
Any ideas?

This is actually a known issue and it's fixed on 8.2.2.339. It's not available out there so you'll need to open a support ticket to get the patch
Problem appears to be invalid characters in the Account/Contact names -- namely ampersands.
