Check The Flow In Power Automate - New Sandbox Enviroment

Hello,

On my main environment we've started to encounter this behaviour on any case creation rule. Flow runs. record is created in the table however dynamics states this and case is not created. This is a new enviroment and nothing is edited.

However the flow that's created when a queue is created reads this error:

    I tested it in Sandbox Environment as follows:



    After testing, I successfully ran flow and created the case without reproducing your issue.
    I consider whether the creator of this flow is you, perhaps this flow lost authentication, you can log back into the account and create a new rule to test to see if the problem still occurs.
