Problem installing Voice of the Customer solution

We are having a problem installing the Voice of the Customer solution. We installed it, but it wasn't working properly, and have uninstalled it so we can try again. However, we are following this guide, and are not getting the pop up window in Step 3:

Why are we not getting this pop window when we try installing the solution?

I have tried installing from Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome in incognito mode, but am not getting the pop up in either situation. I wonder if it has anything to do with Azure configuration?

Hi Ben,

I have installed Voice of the Customer app, so I tried install another solution through Edge and Chrome and I could get pop window on both browsers.

I suggest that you could clear your browsing data, like cache, session and try again.

You could also try to install the app on another machine.

Hi,

You should get that popup window. Check if popup's are blocked. As suggested above, try different browser.

Hi Ben T,

What internet browser are you using? You might not see the pop up on certain internet browsers.
