I'm a consultant based in Ohio and have more experience with a few other platforms than I do Dynamics. I'm just getting my feet wet with all the possibilities. Exciting stuff.
I'm sure the answer to this is it "depends" but I'll try to provide as much detail as I can.
I have a government customer who is looking to use Dynamics as their CRM for their constituent case management. One of the things they want to do is tag individual contacst to receive individual paper follow-up notes. The volume is pretty small. Maybe a couple hundred a month.
Can anyone tell me is this is a feature native to Dynamics, if there is an add-on that does it or if I'd have to create it myself in X++?
