I have been trying to install voice of the customer to run a survey but it's not working. I'm not seeing the default configuration or the default survey template or default theme. When I'm trying to create a survey, it gives me an error ( attaching the snapshot below ). I created one and tried to publish it and got another error ( attaching the snapshot below )
Please, help me figure it out. Been trying for a long time.

Thanks for the suggestion but I have done it already many times. Even had the support team working on it and they uninstalled and fixed broken things and asked me to install it again but its not working. Have already shared everything with the support team already but haven't heard back from them.
Is there anything I can do than just waiting?

I think that your Voice of the Customer installation is corrupted. I recommend uninstalling your Voice of the Customer solution and reinstalling it, or sending your log file to Microsoft Support.
