Batch Production, Active ingredients

Hello

we use D 365 F&O ( 10.0.31) with batch orders ( formula based). When we have an active ingredient and do a batch balancing, then do the /release to warehouse/ all works fine and the approriate (warehouse) work is generated.

In some cases it can be, that we need additionaly material, If we add it in the production formula and want to do a new /release to warehouse/, system complains /batch balancing .../ , but we can't re do a batch balancing! We need a warehouse work created upon addtional materials demand (unplanned, maybe somene dropped abottle) in a prodrution order ..

any ideas?
