I want to use Data Export Service but as I have read that one of the pre-requisites is to enable the change tracking for all the entities which are meant to be exported.
Is there any way to enable 'Change Tracking' in bulk for all the entities? Preferably without a code.

If you are not prepared to manually update the change tracking setting for all the entities then you will need to update this value programmatically. To achieve this you will need to retrieve and iterate through all entities by using the RetrieveAllEntitiesRequest Class and update the EntityMetadata.ChangeTrackingEnabled Property on each entity. This property gets or sets a Boolean value that specifies whether change tracking is enabled for an entity or not.
