Hello Dynamics 365 Community,
I am currently facing an issue with reopening an opportunity in Dynamics 365 Sales. The opportunity is marked as "Completed," and I need to reopen it. I have found the "Reopen Opportunity" button, but when I try to use it, it does not work.
Here are the steps I have already taken:
- Navigated to the "Opportunities" section in the Sales Hub sitemap.
- Selected the "Closed Opportunities" view to display all closed opportunities.
- Selected the opportunity I want to reopen and clicked the "Reopen Opportunity" button, but it does not change the status.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to successfully reopen the opportunity? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
