Is it possible to customize the 'Register' functionality of a Dynamics Portal in such a way that contacts that register are looked up in Dynamics based on email and company and in case of an existing account connected to this account?

Hi,
You could you redeem functionality wherein you create the redemption code for the existing contact and then share it with them, they use that code to during registration and the details gets auto populated based on the stored information.
