Hide appointments to selected Security Roles, based on appointments type

Hello everyone,

for privacy reasons, I should hide the visibility of some kind of appointments (where "Appointment type"="xx") in the appointment visualization and in the Service Calendar.

I know there is not an Out of the Box solution; how can I achieve this?

Thanks!

    Hi,

Even you can hide those related appointment from calendar, but you cant hide them from appointment view, advanced find and report.

The only way is to use the combination of security role and business unit to prevent user to access the data.
