Sending mail in nav

Hi Team , 

I'm new on Microsoft Dynamics Nav but our customers use it for different things.

We have multiple users on it and some users want to send email directly in nav.

This works but not with the good account , how can we change the selected account  ?

    I read myself and found an error , from nav to our customers.

    that works but need to change sender address.

    You have to change your smtp setups

    on SMTP setup it's the default account use by everyone , but if we want to use separate email by users
