Update from Dynamcis 2016Update 1 (v8.1) to Dynamics 365 (v8.2) did not start

Hi there My Production instance is scheduled to update on 28th Jan 2018 and the alternate date is 30th Jan 2018. In both cases, the update from Dynamics CRM 2016 Update 1 to Dynamics 365 v8.2 did not start. Can anyone tell me who to contact in Microsoft to fix this issue ? My Sandbox updated fine around 2 weeks ago

The statement in the screen shot (in yellow) which says the "update will start in 24 hrs" was first seen a bit after 6:00pm Brisbane Time *Aus" on 28th Jan 2018

    you should open a support ticket with a high priority. It is the simplest way to find out.
