Hi there My Production instance is scheduled to update on 28th Jan 2018 and the alternate date is 30th Jan 2018. In both cases, the update from Dynamics CRM 2016 Update 1 to Dynamics 365 v8.2 did not start. Can anyone tell me who to contact in Microsoft to fix this issue ? My Sandbox updated fine around 2 weeks ago
The statement in the screen shot (in yellow) which says the "update will start in 24 hrs" was first seen a bit after 6:00pm Brisbane Time *Aus" on 28th Jan 2018
