Tracking Users connections to CRM

Hi everybody

One of my clients asks me how to get connection statistics from the various CRM users accounts.

In order to get statistics of list type of accounts which never connected to CRM And the number of uniques users connected by day/week / month from a specified date.

Would anyone have an idea how to proceed ?

Hi,

Assuming you are using Dynamics 365 online -

You can get the details on users adoption and usage from Organization Insights.
