Social Channel field is not visible in form , even though it is available in solution

On SMS Activity entity , Social channel field is available in solution , but it is not available in form to add.

It is a global option set field.

    No Problem. If its part of a solution, better to customize in the source CRM Org 1st and then re-import the solution or use a solution patch to update in target organization.

    Hi Saranya,

    You cannot use Global Option sets directly on an Entity Form.

    You will have to create another Option set field for the SMS Activity Entity and while creating select the "Use Existing Option set".

    Then, you would be able to select the Social Channel Option set to create the field.

    Once the new field is created, then you may add it to the Form & Publish.

    Social Channel is used for Social Activity entity in OOB.

    Also, SMS Activity entity is either a custom entity or renamed OOB entity.
