    Hi Adrian,

On the PC, can you create a repro and submit through Feedback Hub?

If you specify Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides when submitting an issue through Feedback Hub, we will get some additional data about your session and that will help us pin down the cause of the transcoding error.

Diagnosecar, I am sorry you are encountering this issue. Please submit a repro on the PC using the instructions here: community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-access-the-guides-content-migration-tool-public-preview. Let me know and I will watch for the feedback and route to our team.

I have the same problem. I am not able to upload videos to dynamic 365 guides pc app. The videos gets stuck in transcoding and it never finishes.

were you able to solve this problem or is there any other way I could upload video to the hololens guide app?

    Hi Friend,

I used AVIDEMUX to load the file, then change the video output to "mpeg4 AVC (x264) with the resolution 854 x 480 H.264 MP4 as mentioned in learn.microsoft.com/.../pc-app-supported-file-formats

Set the output format to mp4 muxer

Click on Video>Filter> the "Transform" heading in the "Video Filter Manager" menu. Double-click on the "Resize" filter.  Change the resolution to 854x480

Output the video and upload to the app, it should work.    It has worked for me when I needed to re-encode a video to 854x480 x264

    Best of luck!!!
