Dynamics 365 - Custom is dead? how to get to admin and settings then?

So we have this production instance of D365 CE. Current version -
April 2019 updates enabled
Server version: 9.1.0000.7022Client version: 1.3.2060-190716-204447

I should have system admin role in the D365

I am a global admin on this tenant, and have the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan license.

So previously I can simply open the "Dynamics 365 - Custom" web app and I can navigate to Settings area and all admin and customizations etc.

Currently after loading the "Dynamics 365 - Custom" web app, it appears to be just loading the "My App" inside the Unified Interface. And the Area selector located on the bottom right handside has all the areas but Settings. On the top of the main screen, it says "This is a legacy app and might have features or customizations that aren’t supported in Unified Interface. For best results, create a model-driven app for Unified Interface."

So if we can't access legacy app "Dynamics 365 - Custom", how can we access the Settings, Administrations and Customization etc etc?

I know there is the power platform admin site, but settings there doesn't seem to be complete? In fact I can't even find the manage role option on the users screen...
any ideas?

Cheers

    Oh I see.

However, going forward, once all the customization are in the Unified Interface, the classic UI will soon be deprecated.

Thanks for the suggestions and links.

What's interesting is that in the behaviour bit the "Only use Unified Interface" was already switched off. Nor if I go to the "Advanced Settings" screen.

It turned out to be some sort of chrome issue. The Advanced Settings bit in both IE11 and Firefox took me to the correct Settings area as expected. But Chrome it would appear to be forcing the unified interface all the time..

    Hi,

You can turn off logging by default into UCI here (Refer this previous post) - community.dynamics.com/.../why-doesn-t-the-dynamics-365-navigation-menu-work

Also, from UCI itself, you can go to Settings area -  d365demystified.com/.../

    Hope this helps
