I am using Dynamics 365 CRM and I need help or a tutorial that cover the following:
Create a product with price > Sell it to a customer directly (without quote and so on) > the sale appears in the Contact card
In fact, what I need is to establish a relation between a customer and the products he buys from us. If there is another and simpler way, it would be great.

Hi,
Out of box (normal process) is to go through the complete sales process of opportunity >> Quote >> Order >> Invoice. If you need a direct relationship, you need to create custom relationship between Customer & Products.
You can create a new entity say "Customer Products" with the "Customer" field & Product field. And then place a subgrid on your Customer (Account/ Contact) from where you can associate products.
