I need to provide a solution for the below requirement.
1. Display the dashboard based on user's Region when individual user log in.
2. if Manager logs in then all the data of the user's under him should be displayed.
how can i achieve this functionality.

I believe you can control dashboard data by providing entity access level business unit and parent child business unit.
Hi,
This is not possible cause views which are used in dashboard are static and can't be changed based on logged in user. You need to create custom SSRS report to ahieve this.
