Hi,
An email to create a case from comes from an online form. The problems is that the email is formated as fallows:
From: abc@abc.com
To: abc@abc.com
Replay-to: actual@requestor.com (person's email who contacted support). This email would need to be used to contact a requestor.
The problem that CRM takes "From" email as a contact person's email. Is any way to extract "Replay-to" email for contact?
