Hello,
We have an email template built on Case that we'd like to include the case contact's name in. All the variables used from Account and Case populate correctly.
The variables from Contact do not populate. We've tried full name, first name, last name, and email. Given that the contact fields are available from the insert/update menu it seems they should populate.
What do we need to do to get the contact variable fields to populate in the email that is sent about the case?
