Hi,

Could you please help how to restore "Show Chart" button, some users can see it but some not (it disappeared on 24th Feb).

For the same app usage one user can see:
Meanwhile some cannot:

We've tried the following but it's not on the list:
To enable and create charts in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Your Work Area:
    • Open Dynamics 365 and go to the relevant work area (e.g., Sales, Service, or Marketing).
  2. Open the Chart Designer:
    • On the right side, select the Charts pane.
    • In the Charts area, click on New Chart.
I have the same question (0)

Bumping this topic.   I am experiencing the same issue.   Show Chart is no longer in the command bar in key entities.

Good morning, evening, or afternoon :) depending on your location!
I am running the latest version & have the Show Chart option.

    Which versions are you running?
Have you updated to the most recent?

    Hi AC-04030346-0,

We had a similar issue, it's due to a CoPilot setting in Edge.
Solution is to either allow the use of page content, disable Copilot in browser or disable Copilot for the environment.

Example without chart button (Copilot enabled, but without "Allow Copilot to use page content")

We recently had this same issue. Within the Power Platform Admin Center, our environment had the feature "Allow AI to generate charts to visualize the data in a view" set to Auto. I switched this to Off and the Show Chart button has been restored. You can read more about this feature here before deciding whether to enable or disable it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/user/visualize-data-in-copilot

Great find! It must be a new check mark, I didn't see it in my tenant. Microsoft must have gotten a lot of pushback for this.

I'd say it's a way prettier solution than what I proposed, for the ones that might find this thread in the future.

It sounds like a permissions or customization issue within Dynamics 365. If some users can see the "Show Chart" button while others cannot, you may want to check the following:
User Roles & Permissions – Ensure that affected users have the necessary security roles and privileges to view charts.
Personalized Settings – Ask users to reset their personal views or try accessing the app from a different browser/incognito mode.
System Customizations – If any recent updates or customizations were made, verify that the chart functionality wasn’t accidentally modified or disabled.
Browser & Cache – Clear browser cache and check if the issue persists across different browsers/devices.
Updates & Bugs – If the issue started on Feb 24, check if any system updates or changes were made around that time.
