i have defined an automatic rule for incoming emails to create cases, but i cant find the attachment of the email in the case entity, how to view them on case entity?

Hi Ahmad,
You can write plugin or custom workflow to extract email attachments to notes of case.

i can see the attachments in the Email activity, but nothing shown in the NOTEs section in the generated case, is there anything i need to do to make these attachments appear in the NOTEs section ? please advise.

Hi Ahmad, thanks for reaching out.
The auto create rules just create a case. The attachment would be in the email still. Unless there has been an update to in the rules to bring the attachment over to the case and the only place to put attachment to is on Notes, so in that scenario the attachment would be on a note related to the case.
