Unable to view my D365 CRM organization in any SDK tools with invited users

We have both onmicrosoft.com users and invited users from other AD in our Dynamics CRM 365. Both types of users are able to access D365 organizations through the web browsers. It seems strange but with our invited users even if they are CRM Administrators, they are unable to view the dynamics CRM organization in any of the SDK tools like Data Migration Utility or Plugin Registration tool. Also through C# or Powershell , accessing these organizations are permission denied. However, with the onmicrosoft.com users everything works fine in the system. Have anyone faces such situations? What could be the workaround ? I tried enabling Windows Identity foundation in the system but no luck.

Likely a case of Incorrect version of SDK tools being used to connect. iIf you are on version 9 you need to get the sdk tools from Nuget . Link : docs.microsoft.com/.../download-tools-nuget.

Post the error screenshot if still having issue.
