Hi everyone,

I got this error when I try to run the report from format to export it to Excel file in Electronic reporting.

Hi,

Juding from your error message, there should be a problem with your format mapping. You can check whether the mapping is correct. There are users on the forum who have encountered similar problems before and got solutions. You can check these two old threads:
