Main account for dimension could not be found on SO order credit

Hi,
 
In SO, when doing Order credit, I get the error:
Main account for dimension could not be found, method mergeAccountAndDimension has been passed the wrong parameters
 
I have checked the call center parameters>payment>order credits journal name, the offset account is set, the main account in chart of accounts exists, the accounting structure is active. The offset account type is Bank and a bank id is selected, the bank account has main account.
 
Not sure what is causing this issue.
