Insufficient permissions

Hi,

Since Wednesday I have been getting a message that I have insufficient permissions when accessing records on dynamics database. I usually go to workplace, organisation/families. 

My database manager at work tells me it is a Microsoft issue and nothing he can do and it works ok on his laptop. I cleared the cache, and eventually it worked for about an hour on Thursday. However, since then I get the same error message but he says nothing he can do. 

Please can someone advise me what I need to do or ask him to do, as it is very inconvenient without access.

    Hi ,

    Are you accessing the records in the UI of dynamics CRM?

    Make sure you have assigned security role having all entity privileges.

    Try to assign yourself System Administrator  security role , see you can able to access or not.
