Hi all i was reading about managed and un-managed solutions and i came to read following line for managed solutions but i do not know what does it mean can anyone please explain this please.
*managed solution can not lock the system entities like account, contacts and ..

From my point of view , 'managed solution cannot lock the system entities' means you could still customize unrestricted components of the solution. You could refer to the following sentence from D365 Official description:
While managed solution can not lock the system entities.
