Making Tax Digital - An error occured while trying to obtain access token.

I am trying to connect the tax web application with the HMRC sandbox, after I get the authorization code and input to get the access token I receive an error saying that /An error occured while trying to obtain access token./ The attachment with template not found./ as showing in the image below.

I trying checking the Import token model mapping along with the other mappings in the Message processing actions but with no luck.

I would be grateful if any one can help with this issue or have a complete guide on how to set up MTD from scratch.

Hello,

I opened a ticket and Microsoft answered to disable the following feature "Run ER import of manually uploaded documents in batch". Afterwards, I successfully obtained the access token

Disabling the "Run ER import of manually uploaded documents in batch" feature solved the same issue i was trying to fix with Monica for hours!
