Hi community,

Question:
How to add a separate page of terms and conditions after footer of ssrs reports (Only once at the end of report and on new page) ?

I am working on ssrs report and I have following requirements:

1 - A report footer should print only once on last page ( done ).
2 - After the report footer I need to add whole page of static text (Terms and conditions) that should be always on new page after report footer. How can I  do this ?

What I tried to do so

1 - At the end of footer I added a rectangle in which I place text box and set rectangle property  to page break before this checked. ( Not worked ).

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

    You could try this:

    • create a new report
    • add a Rectangle region, size it to the whole page
    • set the Page Break > BreakLocation property of the rectangle to "End"
    • add a Subreport inside the Rectangle and set it to your original report

The new report should then generate the original report plus an extra page.

    Hi,
Perhaps you can use the Report Designer to design your report pages, you can refer to this official document: Report Designer interface - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnThis article explains how to navigate through Report designer and how to use the various options to meet your specific requirements.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
