How to enable SLA for Task table

Hi all,

 

I have enabled SLA option for Task table from settings. There also a SLA Id field in the task table. But when I am trying to create SLA KPI, the KPI field drop down is empty, there is no resolve by KPI column as in the case table.

Do I have to create SLA KPI lookup column in the task table similar to how we do for custom entity?

    Yes, you need create a lookup column on the table for which an SLA has to be configured, and relate it to an SLA KPI instance.
    Now, you can see this kpi field:
