Folders are not created automatically with in Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (9.0.0.2090) (DB 9.0.0.2090) online

Hi,

I have enabled SharePoint Integration to Dynamics 365 online.

But after configuring the SharePoint document management settings. The CRM server is not creating folders based on entity within SharePoint.

The option to check create folders automaitcally is also missing.
