Dynamics 365 app for Outlook The Follow and Set functions are currently disabled

Hello, did anyone ever had the problem with the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook for which it said The Follow and Set functions are currently disabled althought everything has been set correctly?
His mailbox shows the server side synchronisation and I've tested and enable the mailbox at least 3 times.

    Hello, I tried approving this answer as verified for 2 days now with no results....the page does not load.

    Perhaps you mean "Track" and "Set Regarding"?

    Can you share if the user does see the app in outlook?
    Other pre-requisites are met? like the version of Outlook is compatible?
     
    I have seen it in a few cases where I just needed to push the app one more time and let the user restart Outlook again after that and it was sorted
