
Hello. Anyone know if its possible to change how CE search for a contact when converting an email to and activity .?
What i want to do is 1. on queue a, search for contact with email xxx, 2. on queue b search for contact with email xxx and customertype = yyy
is this possible ?

there are various was to find the recor din Dynamics 365. You can refer the below link for all the available options. You can simply type in the email address in either the global search which is available at the top or a quick find avialble on contact home page grid.
