Hello All,

I am facing this issue "You cannot send email as the selected user. The selected user has not allowed this or you do not have sufficient privileges to do so. Contact your system administrator for assistance".

I have enabled the "Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf." and "Send Email as Another User" still Same Error.

Any suggestion Please.

Hi Vishwarath,
It's a common issue while I need to confirm that your specified mail sender has enabled the role 'Allow other Microsoft Dynamics 365 users to send email on your behalf.' under Options> Email Tab and your own account has enabled 'Send Email as Another User' under Settings> Security Role > Business Management tab.

If the issue still exists, is there any more exception logs for analysis. The issue should be due to the above casue.
