Dynamics Online - Missing "Canvas App" Control

I once had a control type within an entity form called "Canvas app (Preview)" but once it was rolled out to my region, that control disappeared but was NOT replaced with the "Canvas app" control.  Anyone know what I need to do within my environment to turn on the "Canvas app" control?

    I figured out my issue.  While the field I was trying to make a canvas app was a required field within the entity, it was a lookup type.  Canvas app can only be added to a text type!
