Hi,

We want to use knowledge base/portals in Dynamics 365 on premise.

Can you please guide how to do it? What are the pre-requisites.etc.?

Please refer to this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/portals/provision-portal

Here are the steps and notes to configure the portal.

You could choose the title you want to know in the directory on the left side of the article.

Basically this article directory contains most of the content of the portal.
